Welcome—I’m an EMDR Certified Therapist passionate about supporting women in finding steadiness through their own inner wisdom.

I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, and/or life with a neurodivergent brain in a world that can feel overwhelming. You might relate to one of these experiences, or several — regardless, you don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we’ll explore how your mind and body have learned to protect you and gently guide your nervous system towards a greater capacity to hold and support all parts of you, even those you may have once tucked away. Therapy with me isn’t about forcing change; it’s about creating space and safety to listen — to your body, your emotions, and the parts of you that have been carrying so much.

Using EMDR, somatic interventions, and parts work, we’ll help you release what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your authentic self, and build self-trust, deepening your sense of grounded ease. Healing doesn’t mean anxiety disappears — it means your nervous system can find calm, again and again, even when life feels stressful or unpredictable.

If you’re longing for a place to breathe, feel seen, and finally settle into yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Services and Fees

Currently Embodied Path Therapy focuses on providing individual psychotherapy services
Intake and Session Fees for Private Pay
60-minute initial intake session: $150
50-minute psychotherapy session: $135

Why Choose Private Pay
Here’s the thing — when you use insurance, a mental health diagnosis has to be added to your record, and therapy must be considered “medically necessary” for it to be covered. Because of that, session documentation has to include certain details, and insurance companies can request access to your therapy notes if they choose to review the necessity of your care.

Private pay gives you more privacy and flexibility, and no diagnosis is required to receive care.

That said, I know therapy can be a financial commitment, and using insurance can make it more accessible. I always do my best to protect your privacy regardless. I’m currently in-network with most Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United Healthcare plans, however, I encourage you to check with your individual provider regarding specific coverage.

Initial Free Consultations
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation as a first step. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if working together feels right for you. During our conversation, I’ll listen to your goals and concerns, share a little about how I work, and answer any questions you have about therapy or my practice.

If it feels like a good fit, we can get you scheduled for the intake session to begin this journey together.
Therapeutic Approach
EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a gentle yet powerful therapy that helps the brain and body process past experiences — and even imagined future ones — in a way that restores balance and resilience. While it’s best known for treating PTSD, EMDR can also support healing in many other areas, from easing anxiety and calming the nervous system to shifting unhelpful patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. EMDR helps you feel more grounded, confident, and able to respond to life with clarity and ease, rather than getting pulled into old patterns of stress or overwhelm.
Parts Work & Ego State Therapy
Parts work and Ego State Therapy helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself —like the part that worries, the part that criticizes, or the part that pushes you to do more. By getting to know these parts with curiosity and compassion, you can reduce inner conflict, feel more grounded, and respond to life from a place of balance instead of being overwhelmed by pressure or self-judgment.
Somatic & Nervous System Awareness
Somatic and Nervous system awareness helps you tune into the physical sensations in your body —like tension, restlessness, or tightness. By noticing and gently working with these sensations, you can calm your nervous system, break cycles of overdoing or overthinking, and respond to life with more ease, balance, and self-compassion.
Skills Coaching & Psychoeducation
Skills coaching and psychoeducation offers practical tools and guidance to help you navigate feelings that can feel overwhelming or distressing. By learning skills/strategies; you gain more choices in how you respond—helping you feel grounded, capable, and more in control of your life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can be especially helpful for building a more fulfilling life. Instead of focusing on “getting rid of” difficult thoughts or feelings, ACT teaches you how to make space for them without letting them control your choices. By learning to stay present, practice acceptance, and take actions guided by your values, you can create a life that feels more meaningful—even with the ups and downs that come with being human.
When therapy is approached holistically — it’s flexible and deeply integrative to support safety, self-understanding, and lasting change.
